Course Structure

Face-to-face lessons

Required Prerequisites

Candidates in possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent foreign qualification, pursuant to art. 6 of Ministerial Decree no. 270 of 22 October 2004, may be admitted to the Degree Course in TSRM. For admission to the Degree Course in TSRM, students must possess the knowledge described in the decrees of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (M.I.U.R.), indicating the methods and contents of the admission tests for university courses approved by the Department to which the course belongs. EU and non-EU citizens resident in Italy pursuant to Art. 26 of Law 189 of 30.7.2002 may compete under the same conditions as Italians.

Attendance at all classes.

Detailed Course Content

The course includes an explanation of the contrast X-Ray techniques and traditional radiology equipment currently used: Cystography, Scialography, Colon enema, small bowel enema, peroral pneumocolon, Dacryo-CT, trans-Kehr cholangiography, defecography, fistulography, study of transit times, and the physical principles of ultrasound.
