Learning Objectives

  • Bioengineering

The student will be introduced to the main approaches and methodologies used within bioengineering. Some mathematical and computational models for the analysis of biological systems will be introduced. The student will learn some mathematical and computational tools for the treatment of these models.

  • Computer engineering & Bioimaging

The student will be introduced to the main methods for the generation of bioimaging.

  • Production, Processing, Management, and Archiving of Images

To know techniques and principles underlying the production, processing, and management of body images.

To examine and evaluate the production of body images according to the different techniques of medical radiology.

To acquire knowledge on the management and archive of bioimages.
