    The course aims at knowing the provision and the administrative procedure

  • Labour Law

    The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic notions of Labour law.

  • HEALTH ECONOMICS AND LAW - BUSINESS ECONOMICS module

    The course aims to acquire the fundamental notions of the business economy of the business organization with particular reference to the companies of the NHS.

  • HEALTH ECONOMICS AND LAW - BUSINESS ECONOMICS module

    The course will begin with the introduction of the fundamental concepts of business economics and business organization and will focus mainly on the economy and health organization by addressing classic issues of the organization and management of companies of the National Health Service.

Detailed Course Content

  • Module Administrative law- Ius/10- 2 CFU

    The course aims at knowing the provision and the administrative procedure in the evolution of administrative law.

  • Labour Law

    The course will focus on the fundamental institutions of the employment relationship.

    Starting from the constitutional principles and taking into account the most recent reform in thies field, the main regulatory sources on the employment relationship will be analysed, with particular regard to: the notion of subordination, the main rights and duties of the parties in the employment relationship and the discipline of dismissals.

  • HEALTH ECONOMICS AND LAW - BUSINESS ECONOMICS module

    No prerequisites required.

    Mandatory attendance.

    Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
