Psychopathology and diagnostic classification of psychiatric illnesses; epidemiology of anxiety and mood disorders in primary care; relationship between psychiatry and organic disease; study of the efficacy and tolerability of drugs, working in collaboration with Rudolf Magnus Institute for Pharmacology State University of Utrecht; study of predictors of suicidal behaviour and of the organization of prevention service; integrated approach in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and the stress of caregivers.
